Trading Results - Friday, 3/21/25

I had a decent day trading on arguably the worst day of the week to trade. Price was stagnant, lazy, and lacked the trade opportunities of prior days due to the volatility.

Thoughts on the Day

• I actually did get time today to trade although it was probably the hardest price action to trade today given the lack to momentum or volatility to take advantage of.

• I started off with two losing trades, good entries just a lack of movement on the price. I should have cut quicker but I was able to catch a couple breakout trades later that worked out well for me.

• I wish I could have taken advantage of the better volatility and trade opportunities from earlier in the week but that’s ok. Next week is a new week and new opportunities.

What I Did Well Today

• Good entries, good trade selection.

• I knew when to walk away today with my profit and not force trades.

What I Didn’t Do Well Today

• I could have cut my losing trades quicker when price didn’t move. Order flow was my key to trigger a close.
